Q. How long will it take to receive my soda?

A. cannot cannot guarantee delivery by a certain deadline, but a good rule of thumb, plan on an estimated 3 FULL weeks from ordering to soda in hand. But we will work as fast as we can to get your soda to you as quickly as possible!


Q. Can I get my soda in less than 7-10 business days?

A. Sorry, we do not offer any expedited orders..


Q. Who do you use to ship?

A. Our USA carrier is FedEx. Our Canadian carrier is Purolator.


Q. How do they ship?

A. All 6pk and 12pk cases are packaged in a thick brown cardboard box, with Jones Soda on the side.


Q. When I place an order for MyJones, do I receive a 4pk custom soda carrier?

A. We do not offer any carriers. Soda comes shipped in cardboard box.


Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Currently we only ship Jones Soda to the US and Canada.


Q. How much text can I fit on the back of the label?

A. 300 Characters.  


Q. What format/resolution should the photo be in?

A. Good quality photos make all the difference. Make sure your photos have at least 300 dpi and are at least 2.25" X 1.875" (or 450 X 375 pixels at 200 dpi). Your file size should be over 150K.


Q. How do I resize my photo?

A: Use Adobe PhotoshopPaintshop Pro, Fireworks, or a similar photo editing program.

Let's take the example that you have an 8X10 at 150 dpi. Open this file in Adobe Photoshop and then click on the menu

For a Jones Soda label we need a MINIMUM of 300 dpi (roughly the same as pixels/inch) and a document size of 2.25" X 1.875".


Q. Can I use either black and white or color photos

A. You can choose either Black and White or Color.


Q. Can you send the MyJones labels without the bottles?

A. Due to FDA regulation, we cannot send just labels or blank bottles. Both of these leave Jones Soda liable.


Q. Can I have different photos/flavors in the same case

A. No each case (12 or 6) can only contain one flavor/photo/label.


Q. Can I change my order once it has been submitted

A. All orders are final and can’t be cancelled. PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK YOU ORDER PRIOR TO HITTING SUBMIT.


Q. Can I change the ship to address for my order

A. You can change your ship to address up until your order ships. If you are changing your ship to address to another State, please be aware that there could be an additional shipping charge to cover the difference.


Q. What do I do if my order arrives broken or damaged?

A. Please contact and provide your order # and a digital picture of the damaged product. We will then work with you on either a replacement or refund.


Q. How long does the soda last?

A. All Jones Soda has a shelf life of 2 years. After that our soda is still consumable, however the color, carbonation, and vitamin count begin to lessen.


Q. I do not have access to a computer, can I mail in my order?

A. Unfortunately all order must be submitted online via our website. If you do not have a computer, all local libraries have computer access, as well as FedEx/Kinkos.


Q. Does your text support both Spanish and French text?

A. Yes we can print in different languages and support the appropriate punctuation.


Q. I want a certain flavor, however I do not see it listed in the available flavors?

A. What is listed is what is currently available. Our stock rotates in and out based on availability and demand.


Q. Can I put a photo on the back label?

A. No, we can only support text on the back label.


Q. Can custom MyJones bottles be submerged in ice or water?

A. Jones Soda has recently changed and upgrade the quality of our custom labels. They are now extremely durable and can be submerged in ice/water for well over 24 hrs without retaining any damage to the label.
