Product Overview

Sprecher handcrafted Ginger Ale is a sophisticated soda, pale in color and reminiscent of a light, sparkling chardonnay. Fire-brewing gives it a complex flavor that is very dry on the palate, combining the bite of ginger ale with a surprising hint of oak. Its unique taste is nothing like the ginger ale you are used to. Pick up a 12 pack of fire-brewed craft Sprecher Ginger Ale with a serious gingery bite.

About the Sprecher Brewing Company
Established in 1985, Sprecher is Milwaukee's Original Microbrewery. They brew 8 gourmet sodas, including their world famous Sprecher Root Beer. Randal Sprecher started the micro-brewery, creating high quality gourmet sodas and beer using the old styled European brewing process of brewing in gas-fired kettles. Sprecher sodas are a staple drink to many Milwaukee events and restaurants.

The history of brewing in Wisconsin began thirteen years before it became a state and a year before it even became a territory. The Sprecher Brewing Co. is proud to participate in Milwaukee's great brewing tradition and we're grateful for the opportunity to present their best to you.

This Ginger Ale really works for an upset stomach. It seems to have a lot more Ginger than any other GingerAle product. It is strong but i like that.

    real ginger

I use this for making experimental non-alcoholic cocktails. The ginger gives a nice bite and mouth feel. Alone it's delicious, and combined with other ingredients and flavors it does delightful things. (Favorite so far is I add an infusion of cayenne and black pepper, lemon juice, and some peach soda water) (And if you're still into booze, through in some bourbon or tequila)
